Amona)</author><description>Implements Region-Preserving Batch Correction (RPBC), an
empirical-Bayes location-scale framework for paired
region-resolved single-cell and spatial-omics data. RPBC
preserves a patient-balanced population-average regional
contrast while harmonizing patient-wide location shifts,
patient-specific regional deviations, and patient-region scale
heterogeneity. The package also provides Adaptive RPBC for
group-size-dependent stabilization of patient-region scale
variation and covariate-adjusted RPBC for preserving
prespecified patient-level covariate-associated variation
during harmonization. RPBC is designed to interoperate with
Bioconductor data structures for single-cell and spatial
experiments.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/biocstaging/actions/runs/38320662087</link><pubDate>Mon, 12 Oct 2026 19:37:57 GMT</pubDate><r:package>RPBC</r:package><r:version>0.99.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://biocstaging.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/BiocStaging/RPBC</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>RPBC.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>RPBC.html</r:filename><r:title>RPBC: Region-Preserving Batch Correction</r:title><r:created>2026-10-12 18:19:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-12 18:19:21</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
